Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data TOPJECWEB collects through TOPJECWEB Ads Studio and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, a securely hashed password, and your mobile number when you make a payment.
• Content you provide: business details, briefs, uploaded logos and images, and the results generated for you.
• Billing records: plan, amount, order and transaction IDs and status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store them.
• Usage and security data: sign-in times, IP address, browser type and activity logs used to prevent abuse.
• Connected accounts (only if you choose to connect Facebook): your Facebook name and ID, the names, IDs and currencies of the ad accounts and Pages you allow, linked Instagram account names, your campaigns' names, status and results, and an access token. The token is stored encrypted.

How we use it

• To provide the Service, generate content and keep your history.
• If you connect Facebook: only to show your ad accounts, Pages and campaigns, and to create the campaigns, ad sets, ads, ad images and videos and instant (lead) forms you ask for. New campaigns are created paused. We never post or spend without your action, and we don't download or store your leads.
• To process payments, issue invoices and manage your plan.
• To send essential emails (verification, password reset, payment receipts).
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the Service secure.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service: an AI model provider (Anthropic) that processes your briefs to generate content, an optional image-generation provider, Meta Platforms (only when you connect Facebook), Google and Microsoft for analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies), Cashfree Payments for payments, our hosting, database and file-storage providers, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. With your permission (the cookie banner), we also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits, sign-ups and purchases, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve them. Clarity hides what you type and never records your work inside the studio. If you choose Reject, these tools don't set cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Billing records are kept as required by tax law. You can delete generations and uploaded files at any time.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the website or app: Settings → Delete account. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your profile, uploaded and AI-made images and videos, generations, brand kit and remaining credits, and disconnects Facebook. If you have made payments, we keep the payment and invoice records without your personal details, as tax law requires. If you can't sign in, email support@topjecweb.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Deleting your Facebook data

Open Connected accounts and click Disconnect next to Facebook. This deletes the stored access token and your ad account, Page and Instagram details from our servers straight away and removes our access on Facebook. You can also remove the app in Facebook (Settings → Business integrations), or email support@topjecweb.com to have all your data erased. Campaigns you created stay in your own Facebook ad account.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@topjecweb.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, uploaded files are private to your account, and payments are verified server-side.
