Terms of service

These terms govern your use of TOPJECWEB Ads Studio (“the Service”), operated by TOPJECWEB (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft advertising copy, campaign plans, video scripts and creative concepts. All output is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it, confirming every claim is true, and making sure your ads follow the law and the policies of each advertising platform (including Google Ads and Meta) before publishing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old. One person or business may not create multiple free accounts to obtain extra credits.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or illegal content.
• Do not create fake reviews or testimonials, or impersonate other people or brands.
• Do not promote prohibited products or services, or attempt to bypass platform policies.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its rate limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans, credits and payments

Paid plans are prepaid for the period shown at purchase and do not renew automatically. Plan credits are valid for that period; unused plan credits expire when the period ends. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Prices are in Indian Rupees. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information and files you upload and of the output generated for you, subject to the rights of any third parties. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the Service. Do not upload logos, images or text you do not have the right to use.

6. No guarantee of results

Budget recommendations, KPIs and forecasts are estimates. We do not guarantee any advertising results, approvals by ad platforms, leads, sales or return on spend.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features or these terms; we will notify you of material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
