Shipping & delivery policy

Digital service - nothing is shipped

TOPJECWEB Ads Studio is an online software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

How your purchase is delivered

• Plans and top-up credits are added to your account online, on the Credits & billing page, as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• This usually takes a few seconds. If your bank takes longer to confirm, it is applied automatically within a few minutes.
• Your invoice is available in Credits & billing → Payment history straight after the payment.
• Images, videos and ad text you create are delivered in your account and can be downloaded from your Gallery and History.

If your purchase doesn't appear

Email support@topjecweb.com from your registered email address with your order ID (shown in Credits & billing → Payment history). We reply within 2 working days. If the purchase can't be applied, you are refunded under our refund & cancellation policy.
