How plans and credits work

Plans are prepaid and last for the period you buy. Each AI task uses credits, and the number is shown before you run it. If a task fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your plan credits.

You stay in charge

• Campaigns are created in your own Facebook ad account, and they start paused.
• You can disconnect Facebook at any time, which deletes the stored access token.
• You can delete your account from Settings whenever you choose.

Common questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in your web browser. Sign in from any computer or phone and your work is there.

What happens when my plan ends?

Plans don't renew automatically. When the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan and you can keep using it. You can renew or change plans whenever you want.

How do I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel, because nothing is charged automatically. If you don't renew, your plan simply ends. See our refund and cancellation policy for refunds.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Every purchase has an invoice you can open from your payment history.
